John Mouret has been a competitive shooter in many disciplines to include trap/skeet/sporting clays, USPSA, 3-Gun, and Precision rifle. John has been using Luth-AR components and stocks since 2015 and is excited to join the Luth-AR shooting team.

John regularly competes in 3-Gun competitions and is always a top contender. John shot on the 3-Gun Nation Pro Tour for a couple seasons, has won several law enforcement matches as well as the 2017 Surefire World Multigun Champion. John also won the 2017 and 2018 Heavy Division title, and the 2021 Top LEO in the Open Division at the Superstition Mountain Mystery 3-Gun Championship. Johns holds a USPSA Grand Master classification. John is a consistent Top 5 contender at any match he enters.

John is a Sergeant with the Arizona State Police and continues to serve honorably after 23+ years. He is a department firearms instructor and trains new and incumbent troopers year round. John promotes the shooting sports and the products he depends on to troopers when questioned.

John also enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and four wheeling with friends, family, and his 3 dogs.
