Luth-AR wanted to address any questions regarding our business and the impact we are seeing with this global pandemic, Covid-19. Our primary goal, as always, is the health and well being of our amazing employees and customers.
To make sure this is achieved, for the last 2 weeks and the foreseeable future, we here at the Luth-AR Headquarters are of course abiding by the CDC’s workplace guidelines where we are constantly washing hands, increasing cleaning and disinfecting all areas, and spacing out our working areas while keeping our distance from one another.
We are still operating as normal, but also want to be fully transparent and communicate with you on your valuable orders and our operations. Our only setbacks thus far, is that we are experiencing a high volume of orders and customer service requests. We are working as quickly as possible to serve you, especially when receiving and shipping orders while implementing all safety protocols.
Although most orders will not see much delay to their shipping; we unfortunately cannot always guarantee our speedy 5-7 business days of shipping due to the setbacks all are seeing with Covid-19. We will be emailing you personally on any order that we see taking longer so we can be transparent on when you will see your Luth-AR products. Our dedication during this time (and as always) is to continue to provide you with our excellent customer service and fast shipping that you have all come to expect and know from Luth-AR; we just ask that if we do have any unforeseeable delays on shipping, we can get your understanding and patience during this not typical and uncertain time.
